Enterprise Legal Disclosure: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Enterprise Service Agreement
- The Platform: Riapjum LLC ("Company") provides a Stateless Metadata Processing Engine for automated regulatory workflows. Services are strictly B2B and restricted to verified business entities.
- Zero-Knowledge Architecture: The Service operates on a "Pass-Through" basis. We provide the logic and infrastructure, but the Subscriber maintains absolute control over the data lifecycle.
- Account Security: Access is granted via unique, encrypted credentials. The Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of these "Keys to the Node."
2. Premium Billing & Statutory Compliance
- Bespoke Enterprise Pricing: Fees are calculated based on operational scale, cryptographic signature volume, and E2EE notification requirements.
- Finality of Transaction: Due to the immediate generation of Certified Audit Certificates and the permanent "burning" of metadata into PDF assets, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a packet instance has been generated.
3. Data Privacy & E2EE Standards (The 2026 Security Tier)
- E2EE Voice Protocols: All automated notifications utilize End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Voice Protocols secured via AES-GCM with RSA-wrapped key exchange. Audio content is encrypted at the Subscriber Node; the Company acts as a blind conduit and possesses no technical means to intercept, record, or monitor voice communications.
- AES-GCM Cryptographic QR Signatures & Identity Attestation: The Service utilizes a hybrid cryptographic model featuring 256-bit AES-GCM payloads wrapped in RSA encryption to mathematically bind signatory identity to document metadata. Activation of the QR Signature protocol is strictly contingent upon the Subscriber’s explicit digital attestation that they have physically inspected and verified a valid, government-issued "Real ID" for the signatory. These signatures provide non-repudiation and are verifiable via the included System-Generated Transaction Manifest.
- Stateless Processing: We do not provide long-term database storage. Riapjum LLC acts as a Data Processor only. Upon completion of a PDF generation event, all PII and session artifacts are purged from active memory.
- Privacy Shield: No data is shared with third parties, except for encrypted tokenization required by Stripe for enterprise billing.
4. Certified Audit Certificates & Record Retention
- The Audit Manifest: Every generated packet includes a System-Generated Transaction Manifest. This is the permanent legal record of the "Who, When, and Where" of the transaction.
- Handoff of Custody: The Company "burns" the Audit Certificate into the final PDF. The Subscriber assumes 100% legal responsibility for the 48-month (State) or 60-month (Federal) retention of these records.
- Data Portability: It is the Subscriber’s sole responsibility to Export session data. Once a session is closed, the Company cannot recover lost data or re-issue certificates.
5. Regulatory Independence & Liability Shield
- Not a Government Agent: Riapjum LLC is an independent technology provider and is not affiliated with the DMV, DOT, or any state regulatory body.
- Identity Verification: The Service provides the mechanism for signing, but the Subscriber maintains sole responsibility for physically verifying the Real ID and legal identity of all signatories.
- As-Is Warranty: All software outputs are provided "As-Is." The Company does not audit the legal sufficiency of user-generated content or ensure compliance with local statutes.
6. Corporate Contact
